Terms of Service

This is an English courtesy translation of our Polish Terms. In case of conflict between the two versions, the Polish version prevails.
§ 1. General Provisions
- These Terms govern the use of the website at lissemedical.com and the lisse system (the “Website” and “System”).
- The service provider is [COMPANY NAME], seated in [CITY], address: [STREET], entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number [KRS], Tax ID (NIP): [NIP], Statistical ID (REGON): [REGON] (the “Provider”).

§ 2. Definitions
- Client — a natural person conducting business activity, a legal entity or an organisational unit that has concluded with the Provider an agreement for access to the System.
- User — a natural person using the System on behalf of the Client (medical personnel, administrator, patient).
- Agreement — an agreement for services providing access to the System, concluded separately in written or electronic form.
§ 3. Scope of Services
- The Provider offers Clients access to the System in the SaaS (Software as a Service) model, covering:
- patient records,
- appointment calendar and management,
- medical documents and consents,
- retail sales and inventory,
- email communication with patients,
- data export and deletion in accordance with GDPR.
- The Website is solely an information and marketing surface. Using it does not require registration.
§ 4. Technical Requirements
To use the System you need:
- a device with internet access,
- a current web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge released within the last 12 months),
- cookies enabled for essential functionality (see Cookie Policy),
- an email account.
§ 5. Conclusion and Performance of the Agreement
- The Agreement for access to the System is concluded separately from using the Website, following contact with the Provider.
- Financial terms, functional scope and service duration are set out in the Agreement.
- The Provider reserves the right to refuse to conclude the Agreement without giving reasons.
§ 6. Intellectual Property
- The System, its source code, graphical interface, trademarks and other elements are the exclusive property of the Provider or used under appropriate licences.
- The Client does not acquire any copyright or proprietary rights to the System; the Client obtains only the right to use the System within the scope and on the terms set out in the Agreement.
§ 7. Liability
- The Provider exercises due care to ensure availability and correct operation of the System, but does not guarantee 100% uptime.
- The Provider’s liability for non-performance or improper performance of the Agreement is limited to the amount of remuneration received from the Client for the last 12 months of service.
- The Provider is not responsible for content entered into the System by the Client or Users.
§ 8. Complaints
- Complaints regarding the operation of the Website or the System may be submitted to kontakt@lissemedical.com.
- A complaint should include contact details, a description of the problem and the expected resolution.
- The Provider will handle complaints within 14 days of receipt.
§ 9. Personal Data
Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
§ 10. Final Provisions
- Matters not governed by these Terms are subject to Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
- Any disputes will be resolved by the court competent for the Provider’s registered seat.
- The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms for important reasons, giving at least 14 days’ notice on the Website.
