This is an English courtesy translation of our Polish Cookie Policy. In case of conflict between the two versions, the Polish version prevails.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files saved by your browser on your device when you use a website. They allow, among other things, keeping a logged-in session and remembering your settings.
2. Which Cookies We Use
Both lissemedical.com and the lisse system use essential cookies only. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies. We do not load third-party tracking or advertising scripts (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.).

Essential Cookies (lissemedical.com marketing site)
The marketing site sets no cookies of its own. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set short-lived technical cookies (__cf_bm, cf_clearance) used for bot protection; these are strictly necessary within the meaning of Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.
3. Why We Don’t Ask for Consent to All Cookies
Under Article 173(3) of the Polish Telecommunications Act (transposing the ePrivacy Directive), user consent is not required for cookies strictly necessary to deliver the service the user requested. All cookies we use meet that criterion — logging into the system is impossible without a session cookie.
In the future, should we introduce analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your explicit consent before activating them.
4. Managing Cookies
You may at any time clear or block cookies in your browser settings:

- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Note: blocking cookies for lissemedical.com will prevent you from logging into the lisse system.
5. Personal Data
Cookies themselves do not contain personal data, but the session identifier stored in .AspNetCore.Cookies is linked to your account. Processing details are described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to this Policy
We will notify you of material changes to this policy prominently on the website.
